4. Booking and Payment Policy

Bookings can be made through the website, email, WhatsApp, or phone
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation
Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods
Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or TRY
Bank fees or currency conversion charges may apply

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

24 hours or more before transfer time: Full refund (100%)
Less than 24 hours before transfer time: No refund
No-show: No refund

Service Provider Cancellations

If the transfer is cancelled by the service provider due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or operational issues:

Option 1: Full refund (100%)
Option 2: Free rescheduling to any available date/time

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation authority decisions, or other force majeure events, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

Provide accurate booking information (names, flight details, hotel information, contact details)
Be ready at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time
Carry valid travel documents (passport, visa if required)
Inform us in advance of special requirements:
Child seats (specify age and weight)
Wheelchair accessibility
Excessive luggage (beyond standard allowance)
Pet transportation (subject to approval)
Follow all driver instructions for safe transportation
Respect vehicle cleanliness and property

7. Liability and Disclaimer

AirportTransferTicket, EMK Seyahat Acentası Turizm Ltd. Şti., and Xfergo LLC are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from force majeure
We work only with licensed and insured transfer providers complying with Turkish transportation regulations
Liability is limited to the total cost of the booked service
We are not liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or consequential damages during transfers
Passengers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance
Flight delays are monitored, but passengers must inform us of significant schedule changes

8. Special Requirements and Restrictions

Child Seats

Must be requested at time of booking
Available for infants and children up to 12 years old
Compliant with Turkish safety standards

Luggage Policy

Standard allowance: 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger
Excessive luggage must be declared in advance
Sports equipment and oversized items subject to additional fees

Pet Transportation

Must be approved in advance
Subject to vehicle availability
Pets must be in appropriate carriers
Additional cleaning fees may apply
